Archaeology: The Real City of Sodom

I had the pleasure of studying Dr. Stephen Collins' archaeological work in my undergrad. I even met him after he lectured at an apologetics event in Las Vegas back in 2013. During his lecture he said that the latest findings at the Tall el-Hammam site indicate a massive air-burst event (similar to the Tunguska Event) vaporizing and/or burning up the ancient Middle Bronze Age city. The ramifications of potentially discovering the real city of Sodom is further evidence that the Bible is a reliable historical document.
